Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois

My mother pasted away on 28 Aug 09. A furneral home picked up her boby from the hospital without authorization and embombed her. There was an problem with the embombing and I had to have a closed casket furneral and the entire family was very upset. can I sue? what can I do about this situation?
