What is one's recourse when photographs are used by a national publisher without permission, acknowledgment, or compensation to the photographer?

Hello. This is a situation where a lawsuit can be filed. Publication of someone's work product must
be done by permission. It will be necessary to establish damages, but it sounds like that can be done here. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
