Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois
I was recently released from prison, and living in a state funded half-way house. i have a monitoring ankle bracelet. the owner of the house is threatening to put me out of the house if i don't give him $400.00 a month.
if i am made to leave the house , i will violate the conditions of the monitoring bracelet. please tell me what can i do to rectify this situation?
