Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Illinois

Left wrist lost range of motion.

Over one year ago I had a ganglion cyst removed from my left wrist for the fourth time. After my surgery I went through 3 months of physical therapy. I no longer have any degree of flexion and I was told I am losing density in my wrist bone for lack of use. Do I have a malpractice case or is it just a fact I will have to live with?

The answer to whether or not you have a case involves determining whether the medical providers acted within the standard of care in treating you. Please consider contacting a malpractice attorney who can assist you in answering this question. Please note that you should contact an attorney promplty to avoid having your case barred by the statute of limitations, which is generally two years.
