Construction company failed to replace a roof as contracted (not full tear-off) had interior damage after and roof was poorly repaired. Is construction company liable to pay for the entire roof replacement?

Your question is in the wrong section.
Having said that, one needs to first examine the contract for the rights and remedies available under the contract. If the contract is silent, then ordinary negligence principles will apply. In other words, one needs to have proof to show that the roof is supposedly defectively repaired. Depending on the damage involved, you may wish to contact an attorney at this time.
