Educational Expense
I recently was ordered to pay for half College and living expenses for my daughter who lives in Illinois( I live in California). She was to carry 12 class hours as per the order. She dropped English after 4 weeks and dropped out of school after 8 weeks. I contacted the courts and a Judge requested I send my ex an agreement for ''Immedite Abatement'' which she is still pending. My question is ....can she come after me in 6 months to a year for the same expenses if she decides to try college again.

Something like this is going to depend completely on the Court Order. This payment could have been a one time shot or it could still be available.
