performance awards
According to the regulations setforth by OPM when an employee is given a superior performance, then the supervisor is to put in a recommendation of an award - monetory, time office, recogintion. If this was not done and no explaniation given to the employee after several attempts in contacting the superviors and the HRO stated that they notified the supervisor.. what can be done to get what is deserved for the superior performance award? Thanks.

Re: performance awards
keep notifying the HRO, or quit. Or hold your own recognition party with your cubicle mates.
