Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois
I was 20 weeks pregnant and fell and broke my ankle I hit hard and when I went to a acute care they did nothing for the baby they did not check me or nothing then a week later I lost him they said I might have had a incompetent cervix but I had an ultrasound on the 16th and fell on the 17th and they said my ultrasound was fine..I believe I lost my son because I fell.. But the acute care just cared about my foot not my baby

We're lawyers, not doctors. You need to have yourself examined by medical professionals of YOUR choosing. But it sounds like you're not sure how to handle the situation, so you want a personal injury attorney in your area to help, because if you tell the MDs the wrong thing you could hurt your case, since you would be filing a lawsuit against OTHER medical people. This can get touchy.
