Re: my brothers death

That is complete BS - there is no gag order.

In order for the court to order you to do anything, the court must have jurisdiction over you.

You need a lawyer immediately who can file a FEDERAL lawsuit to subpoena the necessary parties into court.

The family needs to choose one family member to represent your brother's estate. The best person would be his wife, the second best would be a parent. That person would then be appointed as the Special Administer of the Estate.

Make sure that any lawyer you hire has done this before. Ask him for the case name and number and check it out before you hire him.

This is not a bump-and-bruise auto accident and you need a lawyer who is well versed in this field.

You may have to make an initial payment to cover some costs until more information is learned.

It would be very beneficial to have a copy of the death certificate and any autopsy report.

Good luck,

Re: my brothers death

Dear Sirs:

Suicide can be prosecuted if it can be shown that the prison had reason to believe that the inmate had a suicidal tendency and acted with "deliberate indifference."

Please call to discuss. (312) 977--9900.

Many thanks.
