Can brothers and sisters sue over a brothers death?

My brother age 46 went to a local hospital March 8th 2001 ill. They sent him home after giving him pain shots. He died about 6 hours later at home. The autopsey showed he died from pnemonia. Can we the brothers and sisters sue the hospital. His wife is going to also.

In all likelihood his wife may bring a suit. It all depends on the circumstance and also whether the hospital has done anything wrong.
