Cayennes ears

My daughter has had ear problems The doctor we went to removed wax with some kind of tool. When we went to a specialist she said the doctor scarred her ears bad. being on a medical card is there any thing we can do?

Yes. If your daughter suffered injury because a treating physician violated the appropriate standard of care, then she will not be prevented from pursuing a remedy just because she has a medical card.
