Need Legal Advice for Disabled guy?
Hello, i need some legal advise please. I went to have the first consultation visit for leg braces made over a year ago. Well i'm still waiting for the next visit for them to actually do the molds of my legs. Every time we call they say that they will give the messege for the lady to call back but they never do. Now both top straps on my braces have broke and it's very diffulcult to stand. I also have started to get an open wound on my right leg from the brace. My overall health is not in the best of shape any way(heart condition and multiple disibilities) and transportation is diffulcult so i would rather not try to persue legal action. Do you think i would have a case. I welcome any advice. Thank you

No, unless there is some reason why you could not seek an alternative source for the leg braces.
