Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

medical malpractice?

after a foot crushing inury, i went to a doctor who took multiple xrays and said that i was fine and could return to work. after another month i was in tremendous pain. i returned to the doctor and informed him that something had to be wrong. i was sent for an mri and found out that i had spiral fractures in my toes. do i have a malpractice case?

From what you have written, sounds like you have some sort of a claim. A lot more detail (including a review of the medical records) is needed to figure out why the first doctor missed the fracture (if in fact he did).
