Re: medical

First of all, allow me to say that I am very sorry for your tragic loss. As you may know by now, you would need to consult with an attorney who would obtain all of the medial records and have them reviewed by a medical expert to see if there was any professional negligence. Then, if a suit is economically feasible, the attorney could pursue some finacial recovery on your behalf. Most attorneys who handle these cases do so on a contingency fee basis so that you would not have to pay the attorney any fees out of pocket. There would be some expense to obtain the records and the medical expert's services of course. If you do not know an attorney, you should feel free to call me and will be more than happy to refer you to one.

Re: medical

Dear Sirs:

You may have a wrongful death case for the loss of your child, but much would depend upon the child's condition and the reason(s) for his early delivery.

Please call should you wish to discuss a potential medical malpractice claim. We would need far more information to properly advise you.

Many thanks,

John C. Wunsch, P.C.

Re: medical

First and foremost, my condolences to you and your family.

It sounds that you may have a possible malpractice case. However, more information concerning the pregnancy, and his condition upon birth is needed.

If you and your family wish to discuss your case, we can arrange a meeting at your home. My experience includes a successful trial in Cook County for a family who lost their child shortly after child birth due to malpractice during the delivery.

Please send an email with your contact information or call me.

Respectfully,

Burton
