Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois
I am paying my lawyer 1/3 of my settlement. If he hires/works with another lawyer, do I have to pay another lawyers fee?? or does comes from the 1/3 agreed upon?

The fee between lawyers is usually divided amongst the 1/3rd you agreed upon.
