Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois
My wife had a hard time walking and keep her balance while she walked. She went to her doctor twice and he said it was a bunion on her foot and she needs to loose weight. After the second visit she went to get a second option and this new doctor found a Spinal Lesion. Anyways is there anyway that we could sue the first doctor for not really doing anything to help her in the first place?
