Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois

I think the Army violated my contract! I reenlisted for 3 added years to get the Army LPN program. I'm now halfway through the program and they're saying that my 22 months left remaining after course completion isn't enough (i need 30), which is correct; the issue is they've put me on orders to hawaii and I therefore need 36 months. I told them I have no interest in reenlistment and asked to be moved to a CONUS station so I only need to extend 8 months to be done, and I was told that I'm locked in and that I can re-up or sign a DCSS and be dropped from the course.

I feel that this is borderline extortion, and taking away my course is violating my reenlistment contract. The fact that the Army will not make any visible effort to meet their side of the contract is insane.

I plan on signing my DCSS and requesting early seperation for non-retention (AR 635-200 Chapter 16-4) which is honorable; If that isn't approved what legal rights do I have as far as having my reenlistment contract voided or other ways to be released with the benifits I've earned?
