Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois

How to get Certified Disposition Document for arrest before OTH

I was arrested on 24th Aug.04 as there was a live warrant issued to arrest me for being an Absent Without Leave/ Deserter.

I was arrested at Chicago airport while i was coming back from India.

They held me one day at Chicago Police and then on next day i was given a ticket to go to Fort Knox ( Military Base( for paperwork.

I got an OTH discharge under chapter 10 and was released on 8th Sept,04.

Now after 2 years, i am applying for new job and my employer requested for Certified Disposition Document that can describe that arrest and result.

From where should i get this document?? It seems that FBI's records are even not updated..

so during security clearance, it shows up my arrest but not disposition.

Please let me know how do i get this document or even any help related to this ??

I think, but am not sure, that you would get this from DOJ.
