Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act
Are military police (particularly US Army Military Police) eligible for concealed carry under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) or does the Posse Comitatus Act, or any other legislation, prevent such?
If yes, are Navy Shore Patrol, Air Force Security Forces, and other US military police eligible?

Re: Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act
Check with your state. I have a number of MP/MAA "contacts" who do have concealed weapons permits. But their permit is through the regular "citizen" process.
