Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
is this legal?
Say you have noterized paper work stating one thing but a piece of blank paper that states another. Is it legal to go by the piece of paper or does it have to be noterized paperwork to hold up in court?

Re: is this legal?
As I interpret your message, it would appear that the blank sheet of paper says nothing.
