Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
I am medically retired Army soldier. I was recieving VA compensation and retirement together unaware that I was not entitled to both. I recieved these payments for around 20 months and now owe $31,000. I can not afford to pay this back and most importantly not to recieve my VA compensation pay. Is there any legal action I can take to get this taken care of?

You need to hire counsel to look into a hardship possibility for you. You may be able to get a more affordable repayment schedule.
