Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
The question I pose is; I was discharged from the United States Marine Corps. back in the year 2004. I was given a reentry code of 4, but I am researching a lot of material that allows for a person to enter the U.S. Army National Guard with a waiver. The offense I commited is waiverable, yet recruiters do not want give their time in assisting me. I have recently printed a form showing these facts and that recruiters do not have the authority to disregard a person seeking a waiver. Is there anything I can do to get back in, thank you in advance for your time.

Why don't you see another recruiter?

I think you need to find a recruiter who has not met his recruiting goal.
