Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

i am a 17 yrs old male with a driving license..i am a victim of hit and run. i was driving my mom's car and when the other car hit me i got pushed into 2 other cars. my mom only has the liability insurance and i am not included in it. i found the bumper of the hit and run driver's car and it has the number plate on it. i called the cops and me and other 2 drivers(to whom my car was pushed) explained everything to them. Cops said it will take them 4-5 days for the police report and they towed my moms car and another driver's car because it was not drivable. They called the towing company and they took our car. i don't know what to do now. i have a couple of question in my mind (1) Do i have to pay for the repair of those two other cars that my car was pushed into or the insurance of the other person who hit and run is held responsible? (2)What if the person who hit and run has no insurance. (3)Who is responsible to pay the towing charges? Please guide me what to do at this time. Thank You!

Unless you can be found to be at fault, you have no responsibility for the damage and towing costs for the other drivers. You are responsible for your own towing charges based on the information provided.

Where you hurt in the accident?

If you were I urge you to go to the ER and get yourself checked out.

The property damage can be a tricky situation. It seems as if there was a "phantom" driver (the hit and run car) you may need an attorney just to pursue the property damage to your mothers vehicle.
