Accedent no lic.

I rear ended a car and the driver of the vec. didn't have a drivers lic.Am I liable for ther damage?

Hello!

Even though the other driver

did not have insurance, you

may still be liable. As long

as you had insurance, you're

in good shape, otherwise

you could be facing a fine.
