auto crash
i was stoped in a left turning lane and was hit very very hard in the rear end. it took out my whole rear end i wse pushed about 15 ft with myfoot on the brake. . Iwas taken to the hosiptal and had a ct scan of ym neck and head i have extream neck pain and still have a horriable head acke. what kind of a case do I have . thank you

This is a rear-end and so you have a good case of negligence. However, you must also get proper medical care and follow up so as to find out whether it is a big case or a small one. You have not mentioned follow up doctors and other tests to establish the extent of your injuries. Hair lime fractures and such sometimes show up on x-rays a few days later and so ER examination sometimes is not enough to establish all the injuries.
