Please repost with more details about the fall and what you mean by "temprary stay".. However, it seems to me that either you are covered under the medical payments provision of the homewoners policy or there my be a liability claim that you can make against the owner.

Generally there is no liability for injuries sustained as a fall because of natural accumulation of ice or snow. Unless you can show that the ice was there because of some carelessness on behalf of the owner there may not be a case. So, what I need you to tell me is: 1) where did the ice come form and 2) how did you fall.
