Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Broken Tooth

I cracked my tooth while eating a Burrito in McDonald's while traveling though Chicago's O'Hare Airport on 9/16/2006. Do I need the actual bone or metal object that was in the Burrito to pursue a claim? They only offered me $2500 because I did not have object. Corrective dental work will cost $8,360. I reside in Florida, but accident happened in Chicago.

Did you crack your tooth in the food court by the restaurant and immediately report your injury? Do they have an incident report? Please advise as we handle cases like this. Please provide all of your contact info once you reply back to my e-mail.

Re: Broken Tooth

You do not need the broken portion of the tooth. You can retain an attorney in Florida to go against McDonalds.
