i got into a car accident the cop gave the other guy the ticket for being at fault i dont have insurance and dont plan on filing a claim what do i do

If you were injured, seek medical attention.

If you have damage to your vehicle make a claim with the other drivers insurance co.

You were luck that the cop did not cite you for having no insurance.

If you are not pursuing a claim nothing regarding this accident. However, you should obtian insurance as soon as you can anyway.
