Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois
My college put down no salt in the winter and the ground is covered in ice it is a safety hazard. What can I do?

You can walk around the unsafe area, or walk very carefully over the unsalted area. You can also send them a letter advising them of the dangerous condition and asking them to salt the area. At this point it is too early to do anything else.
