Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois
my daughter has a money market account with court restricted withdrawals. Someone told me the interest earned can be withdrawn. Is this true? this account stems from a car accident she was in.

Not without a proper court order. None of that money belongs to you. It belongs to your child. the only way to get any of it, interest included, is to have a court order in that respect.
