Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois
My daughter (21) was riding a horse at friends house. Fell off and fractured pelvis. Went to Emergency room and hospitalized for 2 days. She is a college student living in my home and under my insurance policy. Do I rights since she is 21 and Who should pay the bill my insurance or their home owners.

You do not have any rights. Both can pay. Hope she heals well.
Unless your daughter was forced to ride the horse, the other insurance will argue that she assumed the risk of riding a horse and therefore, your own insurance should pay. if the horse had a propensity to violence or unruliness and your daughter wasn't told about it, you may have an argument get a portion of the bills paid by the other owner's insurance.
If your daughter is not a member of your household, chances are that your home owner insurance will not cover the charges either--since she is 21 and not a member of the household.
I hope this helps-
