Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

i am a domestic violence survivor. tried to forgive and forgive and finally divorced. The EX was charged for beating me back in 2000 and since had his battery sealed. Thru the divorce, i found out alot more about how he was stalking and surveiing me using CCTV, GPS, email and cellphone. He is very sneaky and threatening. Is there any legal problems with identifying myself ( REAL NAME) online and posting the photos of his attack on me, doctor reports from hurting my son when he was young and written threats i have found that he sent to IRS and a congressman. He even emailed me death threats that I didn't initially take seriously. I'd like to have a website and help to speak out about domestic violence with I lived thru for 30 years. i believe i could help others. I just dont wanna post my name and have him come back and sue me, which would only re-victimize me.

I cannot advise exposing facts about your ex to public scrutiny on the internet. It is far more important to deal with your emotional response to his activities. If you are not already in counseling, I would suggest that as your most productive course of action.

You certainly run some litigation risks by doing so.
