My ex-husband gave me an std

Shortly after our divorce, I found out that I had an std. My husband has cheated on me many times, which is why we got divorced. We were in marriage counseling, and I thought we were doing well, so I consented to having sex with him. Now I am infected with HPV. Can I hold him legally responsible? Civilly or criminally?
