Please repost with details concerning the nature of your pain and suffering. How often you went to the doctor. Did you have to give up activities? Were you off of work? did someone else have to do things for you? Were you on pain killers? anti-inflamatories? Were they prescription strength? Was they refilled? Did you have any at-home therapy? Pain and suffering are not just words, you have to give some meaning to the concept and be able to prove that you truly are entitled to compensation.
