Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Someone hit our car (minor scratch) and run. We remember the license plate and called police right away. Police came and questioned us the entire situation. Couple days later, police found the car owner. And, we both went to police station. Police wrote the police report and got her insurance information to us and wanted us to report this case to the insurance company. We try to claim this from her insurance, but she told her insurance company that she didn't hit us and she refuses to co-operate (refuses bring her car to the bodyshop to inspect the car to clear her innocent). Therefore, her insurance company refuses to pay the compensation to us. What should we do?
