Hit by a train and need help
on may 19th 2002 I was struck by a train on the middle track in lombard il. at the metra train station after waiting for a frieght train to pass I had observed no lights flashing and no bell was audible so I proceeded to cross only to be struck by a second train on the center track blocked by the train that had just passed this sight is the cause of countless deaths children included the rr never reported my accident to the feds till over a year later after being confronted with police reports photos thhey had all along telling me they have no record telling me federal law requires they are notified asap of any injuries and they were they covered it up and lied to my face please help if you can [email protected]

Looking only at the date of accident and you not mentioning that a lawsuit has been filed: You appear to have missed the statute of limitation to file suit against Metra and all responsible parties for the injuries you may have sustained. If so, you have no recourse and your chance of recovery is nil.
Although to confirm this, you should speak to an attorney, show all documentations you have and see what options you may still have.

Please be advised that in Illinois you have two (2) years to either settle a personal injury claim or file a lawsuit against the responsible party. Since your injury occurred in 2002, it appears that the time frame has expired, however I recommend that you consult with an attorney to further evaluate any potential claims that you may have.
