my husband was in a car accident (no physical injuries) but we had no car insurance, soon as the accident happened i called and got insurance. whats going to happen?

What is going to happen about what? What is your question?

If you did not have insurance at the time of the accident, you did not have insurance at the time of the accident and no amount of insurance you buy afterward will change that.
