Yes, you "can" do it. Nothing prevents you from filing a lawsuit against anyone whom you think has caused you damages.

However, if you as whether it is advisable, then the answer is "no." Taking a cause of action to litigation is highly specialized and if you are not a lawyer and/or have not been trained like one, you won't stand a chance against the high powered attorneys the drug company will bring against you. So, in all likelihood, you'll be simply wasting your time and money.
