Injured in Auto Acident

I was injured in a auto accident this week. I was rearended by a mini van. I was taken to the hospital and was diagnosed with a concussion. My head had to be stitched. I have been home for 3 days and anytime I move my head I get dizzy. I went to my Doctor today and was told I have a Cerebal Concussion and this could last for up to six months. do you feel I would need an attorney to handle this type of case? The other driver was at fault. Also since I am an Illinois resident and the accident occurred in wi would I need an attorney from Wi?
