What would a few legal issues be in regards to a multi-vehicle accident in which many people were injured and killed. It involved two tractor-trailers, a specialty bus and two pickup trucks. The specialty bus was hit by a freight liner.

Liability is usually the biggest issue in multi vehicle collisions. Whose fault was the accident and to what degree. If there are deaths as a result then policy limits for the various insurance coverage as well may be an issue. The list however can go on and on. Contact me for a free consultation to discuss the specifics.

There are so many issues I can think of with the cast of characters you have indicated. But, everything is very fact specific and without knowing the how, who, where and the nature and extent of the injuries for those who have survived, it is impossible to give you even a half intelligent answer...

I offer free case evaluation and a free no-obligation consultation-contact my office toll free and I would be glad to discuss the specifics.

Thanks.

The answer is simply this: without more information, this questions cannot be answered. Even with a free consultation, which we do offer, not all of your questions will be answered. My firm spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on cases like this in the investigation phase and experts are often needed to sort through the facts and perhaps even do some testing, etc.

You are more likely than not being barraged with attorneys who want to give you free consultations because they realize this is potentially a large case. Be careful before agreeing to a "free consultation"- check out the firm and make sure they do a substantial amount of commercial trucking work and have numerous large verdicts. This way, you wont waste your time.

Hope this helps.
