Re: are they liable
If you were rearended while the driver was working DOminos is also liable. I am not familiar enough with Dominos to know whether there are franchises, if so, and you were struck by a driver for the franchise owner, your suit would be against the franchise owner for sure, and depending on all of the circumstances, possibly Dominos Corporation. Good luck.
Re: are they liable
If the driver was on the job then you may be able to recover your losses from the employer. You should consult with an attorney. If you do not know an attorney, you may contact me and I will refer you to one.
Re: are they liable
They may be.
The question is, what are
the nature and extent of
your injuries.
The driver's insurance is
defintely on the hook
for your damges.
Re: are they liable
Dear Sirs:
They are probably liable even if they have their drivers sign a "independent contractor" agreement. Proof would be needed to show control over the manner and method by which deliveries were made.
Please call. We have successfully handled many such cases.
