You need to specify what kind of "arbitration" you have had for me to accurately answer the question.

Was it a "mandatory" arbitration for a lawsuit filed in the circuit court, a contractually obligated arbitration through "AAA" American Arbitration Association or (for example) was it a voluntary "ADR" Alternative Dispute Resolution?

Provide some more info and I will be able to give you some free advice.

Hello. The other side is not obligated to consider a counter offer

once arbitration is concluded. However, negotiations out of court can be binding if the court is aware of the agreement and an agreed order is formerly entered by the court.
