Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I was physically attacked by a customer in his home and suffered bodily injury can I sue his homeowners insurance for medical bills and lost wages?

Home owner insurance covers only the negligent acts of the insured. That is if they accidentally cause you injuries. An assault is an intentional act and therefore would not be covered under the home owner insurance.
