Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

A public school bus filled with mentally disabled children crashes... no parents

My daughter's rights were severly violated (January 1998) when her "special Ed" school bus enroute to a local public school District was involved in an accident, in front of her school. I never got a call from the school; the bus driver casually mentioned it a week after the crash & apologized for going too fast & asked me how she was. (She had been to the ER 2 days after the accident & 5 days prior to my knowledge of any crash w/severe neck pain complaints). Bus co. & their Ins co. deny crash happened/ Police said no kids aboard, but police report I have confirms it! Also it's one of the wealthiest school districts in Illinois but I'm not intimidated. Any attorneys out there who feel that punitive damages are in order?

Hello. In my opinion, you

should file a lawsuit as

soon as possible. The bus

company is most liable, in

my opinion. Good luck!!
