rearend auto accident

would i have a case i got rearend on sept 18 2008 i braked when the guy in front of me sudeny hit there brakes and i hit mine to void hitting the car in front of me the guy behind me rearend me and got too tickets following to close for condions failure to reduce speed to avoid a accident and his insurance only contacted me one time

In Illinois you could be entitled to damages based on one, some or all of the following: medical expenses already charged, future medical expenses, lost wages, future lost wages, pain and suffering, disability and disfigurement. Yes, based on the limited facts you presented, you would have a case, not just for the auto body damage to your vehicle, but also for any physical injuries suffered by you during the collision.
