why would a school disctric be ordered to relase a students school records to an attorney that specializes in � Personal Injury

� Medical Malpractice

� Dental Malpractice

� Trucking Accidents

� Dog Bites

� Motorcycle Accidents

� Wrongful Death

� Insurance Bad Faith

i dont know wat it is about i just got a letter letting me know they were relased to an attorney

There is no way to answer that question without a lot more information about the context of the request. You may certainly ask whoever sent you the letter information about the attorney, the case number etc... then contact that attorney and ask him or her what it is all about. If the explanation does not make sense, retain an attorney to look into it for you.
