What legal responsibility does a man have to a woman who knowingly infects her with the herpes virus and did not inform her that he had it prior to the act? Is she within her rights to demand he pay all her medical bills?

What, if any, legal action can be taken against him?

Hello. The woman should

file a suit against the

gentleman that infected

her. She could sue for fraud,

intentional infliction of

emotional distress.... to

name just a few.
