Being Sued for Personal injury

I was in a car accident and the insurance company found both of us at fault, we both have to pay 50% of accident cost,and the name the man gave at the accident was nothe name on the police repot,now the name that was on the police report was a women's and now she is sueing me for medical cost and there was no women in the car.My question is what can I do to find out who this person is and is there a cap on how much a person can be sued for,she is sueing for medical cost.Also I was moving in a month in half can I stiil move?

Yes you can move--BUT, not before notifying your insurance company of the claim made against you. Your insurance will provide you with a free attorney to defend you.

You don't have many options at this point.
