I need to know how to go about sueind a person for medical bills I incurred do to her hitting my son with her car.

Assuming that the injuries and medical bills are minor, file in small claims. If significant and/or your son has injuries that are ongoing, you should contact an attorney who handles injury cases. Most will take an injury case on a no recovery no fee basis.
