Train Accident

My grandmother's car was struck by a train at a poorly marked and lit crossing 20+ years ago. Is their any way of collecting any damages at this point. She was killed in the accident.

No. The time to sue has long since passed, and her actions against any responsible parties have been barred by the lapse of time.
